Day 2

Deep dive 1

Using 'Google Keep' to connect and synchronizing  devices with people. The notes are live eg a shopping list that can be added too or amended when items are purchased will be updated accordingly. 

Chalk ‘n Talk:

In this session we covered how to personalize our gmail to meet our needs and preferences. The use of automatic archive after replying to emails is far better than deleting as the email remains available with out cluttering
We also learned ways to make the management of emails more efficient. 
How to make links with google calendar.  
How to use 'Hangouts' in the form of google meet. This could be a wonderful way to share items and demonstrate things for students instead of using cast.

Deep dive 2

How to manage tabs particularly when there are lots open; getting them organized into groups that have a common theme. For example u tube clips and question answer sheets and other docs needed for a particular class can be place into a single tab.
